Commercial law presents a wide variety of legal issues, which require special knowledge and very good out-of-court handling. It also contains a wide range of litigation subjects, stemming from a variety of commercial contracts. Commercial law litigation involves a number of different procedural processes. The laws in many respects are similar in different Member States as they are now derived from Community directives and regulations.
