The launch point for the deadline by which to cancel the AEPO (Decision of Approval of Environmental Terms) for a photovoltaic park before the Council of State coincides with its (the Approval’s) upload on the website of Energy Ministry “aepo.ypeka.gr” through which any interested parties should have become aware of its content (Council of State 760/2024). The above stance of the Council of State in a case handled by MStR Law, resolves a controversial issue regarding the appropriate means by which the interested parties are informed, as far as the environmental procedures of RES projects are concerned, in order to begin the deadline for cancellation of the AEPO before the Council of State.
