Dirk Reinhardt is lawyer at the Greek Supreme Court in Athens and partner in MStR Law Firm. Born and raised in Germany, he graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Heidelberg. After moving to Athens he became a member of the Athens Bar Association. He executed legal and judicial practice in the Law Office of Anthony Lambropoulos, specializing in civil, corporate and commercial law, and worked for KPMG and PwC in Athens as tax consultant and manager, providing tax and legal solutions on various tax and related matters in Greece, including Double Taxation Avoidance Treaties, for the establishment, operation and merger & acquisitions of companies and in respect of large scale projects and investment in Greece in general. Since 2005 and onwards he has been a partner in MStR Law Firm, handling mostly tax, labour, corporate and energy law (especially environmental law, renewables, energy efficiency) cases as well as new technologies, innovation and start-ups issues in Greece. He is founding member and Vice President of the Hellenic Institute for Legal Studies in Innovative Entrepreneurship & Start-ups. He is ongoing member of the working group for legal matters of the Greek-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce. He speaks German, Greek and English and is regular referent at law and investment conferences in Greece and abroad for tax and energy issues.
