George Koutroulis is a member of the Athens Bar Association and an associate lawyer of the law firm MStR. He was born and raised in Athens. He graduated from the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure from the same University. During his studies, he wrote a thesis on “Dogmatic issues of indirect perpetration, especially in light of the principle of legality”. His mother tongue is Greek, and he has an excellent knowledge of English and German.
